Medley Johns Creek Is Full Steam Ahead

It's official! Toro secures financing for Medley, the major mixed use project in Johns Creek which will be at the town center.  Toro recently  announced  if secured investors for the first phase of Medley in the amount of $560 Million. This was a major step for this soon to be John's Creek City Center. The 43-ACre project will include 900 residential units including 150 Townhomes to the corner of McGinnis Ferry Rd and John's Creek Parkway, near the Lifetime Health club and fitness center.  50% of the retail space is already leased which is a good sign. 

Mark Toro is best known for his development Avalon, in Alpharetta, which is the flagship model that he plans to bring to the John's Creek community. "Our plan will completely transform a struggling, commodity office park into a walkable, urban oasis for Johns Creek," Toro said. "This is the kind of project the investment community is excited to hear about."

Parks Near Medley

Just across from Medley is Creekside Park being built around the John's Creek City Center. The park is going to be a sustainable nature recreation area that will service the Medley and surrounding area. Creekside park will feature 15 foot wide trail surrounding the pond. Listen to music in the Amphitheater with a deck overlooking the water. This will be an ultimate chill space & will be within a short walk to Medley's array of restaurants and shopping. 

Hotel In Medley 

Toro also plans to add a 175 key hotel to Medley, similar to the hotel in the Avalon.  The John's Creek City has signed off on plans on the hotel which similar to Avalon is tailored to toward business travelers, out of town guests & local residents needing a local place to relax and unwind.
